Our company the last years has invested on special welding automations for regeneration of parts for coal and cement vertical mills.

Our positioner of 10 tons capacity, give us the possibility to regenerate almost all the sizes of rolls. With a special rotation welding arm, we can regenerate the bottom tables of the mills ensuring a uniform and balanced final coating.

The preparation and welding of all the parts are executed under strict procedures, with intermediate heat and cracks control.

We have the capability to use different welding materials depending on the base material and the type of wear.
