Hardfacing SF-CROM
Type of hard facing for normal abrasive clays. The triple chrome plating on the total surfaces of the augers ensures the minimum load of the extruder with the lowest energy consumption.
Hardfacing SF-MID
Type of hard facing for medium abrasive clays. The total hard facing protection of the pushing areas of blades ensure the maximum lifetime of the augers. The final polishing of the hard-faced areas helps on the maximum productivity from the first day with a smooth and uniform extrusion.
Hardfacing SF-HARD
Type of hard facing for high abrasive clays. The total hard facing protection of the whole areas of augers ensures the maximum lifetime. The final polishing of the hard-faced areas helps on the maximum productivity from the first day with a smooth and uniform extrusion.
Hardfacing SF-SPECIAL
Type of hard facing for extreme abrasive clays. The use of special complex carbides wires gives an extra abrasion resistance behavior which can stands sufficiently to the extreme abrasive clays.
